Next Meeting

The next OTCA meeting will be on November 10th, at the home of Bob & Clare Heinz at 10010 S. Olde Towne Wynd, at 7.p.m. Everyone is encouraged and welcome to attend.

Voting

Early voting began October 14th.
The schedule is as follows:
Mon-Fri, Oct 18-22
10 AM-6 PM
Sat, Oct 23
10 AM – 4 PM,
on-Fri, Oct 25-29
10 AM – 6 PM
Sat, Oct 30 10 AM – 1 PM
NCDOT Building, 24 Old River Road, Belville.
You can send a written request to the Board of Elections PO Box 2, Bolivia for an absentee ballot before October 26th. Include your party affiliation.

Voting on November 2nd will be at Belville Elementary School from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Please let Stuart Smith know if you want your email added to the email alert list for the community watch. Emails will be sent out to alert residents of any criminal or suspicious activity that has happenedM in OT.

Shrimparoo

The fall OTCA event this year will be a ‘Shrimparoo’. November 6 at 4.p.m. in the Olde Towne park. Information and a sign up sheet is attached. Please attend and spend some time with your neighbors. Please RSVP! Bring a side dish to share.

Halloween Party

There will be no OTCA Halloween Party this year.

Dues are Now Due

Have you paid your dues for 2010? OTCA dues are $24 for the year. Dues contribute toward upkeep of the park, maintaining the mall, purchasing and planting flowers and shrubs, printing of the Crier, and the adult socials and children’s parties. If you would like to make an additional donation, please include it with your check.

Olde Towne
Fall Shrimparoo
Saturday November 6, 2009
Time 4:00 p.m.
The Olde Towne Community Association is hosting a shrimparoo. This is a wonderful family event for members of the Association. The Association will provide bratwurst and shrimp, hot dogs for children, soft drinks, plates, cups, utensils, etc. We ask the members to bring a special covered dish or dessert, chairs, blankets, a camping lamp (Need light, lamps) and a flashlight. B.Y.O.B.

This is an opportunity to be with your neighbors in a rustic environment of our Olde Towne Park. Come out, enjoy yourself, it will be a delicious autumn event in the neighborhood!
