Olde Towne Community Annual Pig Pick'in

We had our annual meeting with election of new officers and Pig Pick'in on Saturday, April 30. There were quite a large amount of people that came compared to other gatherings we have had in the past. There was a ballot with the decision on our park. We are pleased to have the votes with the exception of a couple vote YES to keep the park. Everyone in Olde Towne community will continue to enjoy it. Remember that that means we need plenty of volunteers to help maintain it!

Our new volunteers for the Community Association Committee were elected. The new president is Donnie Lovette, vice president is Marty Kosmeh, treasurer is Clare Heinz and secretary is Rhonda Knight. Thank you all for volunteering and those who voted them into office.

We had a huge amount of food of course the pig, potatoes, green beans, salads, mac and cheese, corn among other foods and so many deserts to choose from it made the choices very difficult.

Definitely a reason to join for the small fee of $24.00 a year per household. This includes all gatherings, childrens parties, a directory of the people living in our community, maintanence of the park and mall. A whole lot for such a small fee and lots of fun.
