Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. at the home of Bobbi and Doug Fitzpatrick

Minutes: Minutes from the October 10, 2007 meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Account balance is $4453.51. Oyster roast $126.06 to be paid. $30 check donation for Friends of the Library in memory of Joe. Four unpaid people still from the yard sale.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Membership: We have 82 dues paying members – Thomas and Boneta Levette are new.
Adult Social: Oysters roast – about 23 people attended. Food was excellent. Pat did a great job with flowers and candles.
Progressive Dinner: Not much feedback. 3 people have volunteered to host. Stuart to email those he can, perhaps reschedule for January?
Park and Mall:
PARK: Discussed possibilities for the park – jungle gym plans, teeter totters, perhaps a new swing set for the other end of the park. The right of way needs to be cleared to improve access and visibility.
Park clean up – only Denny and Joe were available. December clean up scheduled for 12/8, 9 a.m. to clear walkway.
MALL: Azaleas to be returned for replacements.
Crier: Stuart will write the November/December issue.
ROAD SAFETY: Belville will take over Southampton and SOTW with provisions. We need to keep on them to take over the rest of the roads. DOT will bring up to a ‘reasonable standard’.
Children’s Parties
Christmas party will be on 12/15.
Website and Blog
Bev Farrington has been working on the blog. Needs info regarding early Olde Towne.
The next meeting will be at The Heinz home on January 2, 2008 at 7 pm. Future meetings will be on the first Weds of the month going forward.
