Olde Towne Community Shrimparoo 2011

Olde Towne Community had a wonderful time at the annual Shrimparoo. I believe there were about 40 there enjoying the food and company of our neighbors we only get to see at most of the two functions we do as a whole community. That is just a fraction of the people within our small community!

We has shrimp, hot dogs, bratwurst, potatoes, macaroni salad, salad, potato salad, corn dish, and many others side dishes I can't remember. Brownies, cookies and more for desserts. Soda and water for anyone to drink that was provided in a huge cooler.

Thank you to all those who organized and prepared for this enjoyable event. Thank you to all who attended to enjoy this food and company. There were several children that attended with their parents that enjoyed the play area, a volley ball net set up and a corn bag toss.

Remember everyone within the Olde Towne Community, there are two food events April and October, the directory of residents, Crier(FREE to all households, paper or emailed), children's programs and the upkeep of the park and mall for the annual fee of $24.00 per household. That isn't much when you think of what you receive in return as a member.
