Annual Meeting

The Olde Towne Community Association Annual Meeting will be held on April 26, 2008. New officers for the OTCA board will be elected at this time.

Pig Pickin

Our annual Pig Picking will be held in conjunction with the annual meeting on April 26, 2008. Pat Ashburner will be hosting and coordinating the event, Joe Breault will be doing the cooking this year. Please mark your calendars and plan on attending. Come and meet your neighbors, eat some good food and have a great time.

Easter Party 3/15

The Easter bunny will be there, so make sure you are too! Egg hunt, games, crafts, snacks and picture taking too 11-1 p.m. Contact Jenn if you will be attending 371-2698.

Park Improvement

We are working on adding a children’s play area towards the front entrance of the park. If you would like to help with the construction or erection of the play area, please contact Stuart at 371-9555. Next park clean up is on 3/1 at 9 a.m.

Belville Town Meetings

Board of Commissioners meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 7 pm.
Planning Board meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6 pm. Next meeting is March 5, 2008.
