Olde Towne Survey

The OTCA Board has decided to ask for your opinion. Please complete the attached survey and email it back to Stuart or put it in the OTCA mail box. We need to increase our membership and focus our efforts on accomplishing improvements to our neighborhood and association that are wanted by the residents. Please take the time to complete the survey! Responses will be anonymous if dropped in the mail box. Thank you!

Belville Happenings

Mike Allen, Belville Commissioner and OT resident attended our last OTCA meeting. He reported on a number of good things. The sheriff’s department has increased patrols of our neighborhood to deter crime and perform speed checks (in OT and on Rte. 133). Please slow down. The town removed the dead tree at the end of SOTW. Belville is actively working on improving the drainage including both the collapsed drainage along the right of way as well as working with DOT on drainage in the general area. The town is holding a meeting on 6/28 at 7 p.m. regarding changing the form of government to a mayor-council form and also to approve the budget for 2010-2011. If approved there will be a decrease of 25% in property taxes for Belville. Please attend the meeting if you can.


Olde Towne Park

A basketball goal is now up in the park. Please enjoy it and take care of it. Thanks to Doug and Stuart for the installation job.

Doug & Bobbi Fitzpatrick’s home 10159 S. Olde Towne Wynd on July 8th at 7 p.m. We hope you will attend.


Dues are Now Due

OTCA dues are $24 for the year. Dues contribute toward upkeep of the park and mall, printing of the Crier, and the adult socials and children’s parties. If you would like to make an additional donation, please include it with your check. Complete the enclosed information sheet and submit it along with your dues and your completed survey. Your OTCA thanks you for your support.

The OTCA board would like to thank Kenny Edgar for his work mowing the park – this is a huge job and is greatly appreciated. Also, thank you to Bob Uzell for mowing the grass in the mall.
